More Cloudcroft, New Mexico

Sunday, May 28, 2017. Took a picture of “Fanny,” one of Chuck’s cats in the window. Spent part of my day at the library where my brother works. Took a walk up Burro Avenue. Took a drive with my brother around the Cloudcroft area. Drove out to Sunspot to the Solar System Observatory. Did some hiking. Made a visit to the Pioneer Museum in Cloudcroft. Love the portrait of Geronimo and an early pioneer. Went by the “The Lodge” in Cloudcroft to get a picture of a robin taking a bath in the pond out front.

Saturday, May 27, 2017. Spent part of the day at the library where my brother works. Walked around Burro Avenue. Lots of folks visiting for the Memorial Day holiday weekend.

 

Left home on a New Alaska Road Trip Adventure on Friday, May 26, 2017

Started my long road trip to revisit the bears in Canada and Alaska. Spending a few days with my brother, Chuck in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Stopped to get a picture at Guadalupe National Park. Picture of me and my bear traveling buddy, Valentine in front of my brother’s cabin in Cloudcroft!

 

Road Trip to Alaska Begins Soon

My trailer is in the shop today to be readied for my upcoming long road trip to Alaska. I should be leaving soon. Be on the look out for lots of new images. I’m ready for “Red Nose Day” which is tomorrow, Thursday, May 25, 2017!
